Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Radiant Earth. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.

Due to the nature of wellness and supplement products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because the product is not suitable for your needs, the following conditions apply:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
A refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected

Refunds will be issued for the product value only.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please email support@radiantearth.co.za with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Where a claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@radiantearth.co.za.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 5 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Products returned outside of the 14-day return window
  • Liquids or bottles

Non-Returnable Brands
Given the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns on the following brands:

  • Nutrilife
  • Zinzino
  • Empyre for Men
  • Dr Hauschka

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing delays can occur.
