Every brand on Radiant Earth is hand-selected based on ingredient quality, manufacturing standards, brand integrity, and alignment with our wellness philosophy. We would rather carry fewer brands done well than a broad range done poorly.

All products on Radiant Earth are legally compliant and sourced from reputable manufacturers. That said, supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or are taking chronic medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

This varies by product. Each product page lists dietary suitability where applicable. Look for the Vegan or Vegetarian label on individual product pages or filter by preference in our collections.

We do our best to keep all listed products in stock. If a product shows as available it is ready to dispatch. Out of stock products will be clearly labelled. If you would like to be notified when a product is back in stock, use the notification option on the product page.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days to major centres and 5 to 7 business days to outlying and rural areas.

Yes, we deliver to all provinces across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and surrounding areas.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

If your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent. Certain products cannot be returned.

To start a return please contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return and we will guide you through the process.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent products, Radiant Earth will cover the return shipping cost. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Many of our customers take more than one supplement as part of a daily routine. However if you are on chronic medication or have a medical condition we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before combining supplements.

Most products on Radiant Earth are formulated for adults. Where a product is suitable for children this will be stated on the product page. If in doubt please consult a healthcare provider before giving supplements to children.

We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This applies even to products that are generally considered safe.

Unless stated otherwise on the packaging, supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in humid environments such as bathrooms.

We use compliant language such as "may support" or "traditionally used for" in line with South African regulations. These statements are not intended as medical claims and do not imply that the product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

If your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through our returns process.
