The Radiant Countdown

The Radiant Countdown (“the Competition”) is run by Radiant Earth. By placing a qualifying order, you agree to these terms.

The Competition runs from 00:00 on 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 29 December 2026 (South African Standard Time). It consists of three draws:

• October Draw: orders placed 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026
• November Draw: orders placed 1 November 2026 to 23:59 on 30 November 2026
• Christmas Edition: orders placed 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 29 December 2026

The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 or over with a South African delivery address.

The following may not enter: directors, members, partners, employees, agents and consultants of the Promoter, or of any person who supplies goods or services in connection with the Competition, and their spouses, life partners, business partners and immediate family members.

Place an order directly at radiantearth.co.za during the Competition Period. No codes, forms or additional purchases are required. Orders placed through any other channel do not qualify.

The Promoter will not increase product prices in connection with the Competition.

Each qualifying order counts as entries as follows:

• Orders placed in October: one entry into the October Draw and one entry into the Christmas Edition
• Orders placed in November: one entry into the November Draw and one entry into the Christmas Edition
• Orders placed 1 to 29 December: one entry into the Christmas Edition

Multiple orders earn multiple entries. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned are removed from every draw they were entered into.

• October Draw: one R1,000 Radiant Earth gift voucher
• November Draw: one R1,000 Radiant Earth gift voucher
• Christmas Edition: 1st prize R2,000, 2nd prize R1,000 and 3rd prize R750 Radiant Earth gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are issued digitally, can be redeemed at radiantearth.co.za and do not expire. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will not be asked to pay anything to receive their prize.

Winners are selected at random from all qualifying entries. The October Draw takes place on 1st November, the November Draw on 1st October and the Christmas Edition on 30 December 2026. Christmas Edition prizes are drawn in order: 1st, 2nd, then 3rd.

Each order can win only one prize across the Competition. If an order that has already won is drawn again, a redraw takes place. 

Winners are contacted using the email address on their winning order within 3 working days of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond in time, the prize is forfeited and a redraw takes place.

If a winning order is later cancelled, refunded or returned, the prize is forfeited, any issued gift voucher is cancelled and a redraw takes place.

With their consent, winners' first names, surname initials and towns may be published on this page and on Radiant Earth social media. Winners may decline publicity without affecting their prize.

Personal information is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act and our Privacy Policy, and is used only to administer the Competition.

The Promoter keeps records of the Competition, its entries and its winners for at least three years, as required by law.

These terms are available free of charge on this page. The Promoter may amend or end the Competition where required by law or by circumstances beyond its control, with notice published on this page. The Promoter's decision on the draws is final. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
