Delivery & Shipping

Radiant Earth processes orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are typically processed and dispatched on the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes between 2–6 business days depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, high-volume periods, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Deliveries to outlying, rural, or remote areas (including farms and smallholdings) may take longer than standard timeframes or may require collection from a designated pickup point.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over a set amount. This threshold may be adjusted at any time without notice as part of promotional or operational changes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch. Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may not reflect real-time movement at all stages.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Radiant Earth will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address or designated collection point.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery. Alternatively, you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, less any applicable shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with resolution, please provide:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or dispatched. If an order has already shipped, it will be treated in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
