Tissue Salt #4 Ferrum Phos is a lactose-free biochemic tissue salt supplying iron phosphate (Ferrum Phos) at D6 potency in an isomalt base with magnesium stearate. It is supplied as 180 small 250mg tablets that dissolve under the tongue – the fourth preparation in the twelve-salt Schuessler system of cell mineral preparations.
